Description

The HLMP-1620-C00A2 5 Vol lamp contains an integral current limiting resistor in series with the LED. This allows the lamp to be driven from a 5 volt source without an external current limiter. The Yellow device is a GaAsP on a GaP substrate. The diffused lamp provides a wide off-axis viewing angle.
