This HLMP-3681-B0001 12 Volt green lamp contains an integral current limiting resistor in series with the LED. This allows the lamp to be driven from a 12 Volt source without an external current limiter. HLMP-3681-B0001 is made from GaP on a GaP substrate. This diffused lamp provides a wide off-axis viewing angle.
