The  HMD16M36M12G  is  a  16M  x 36bit  dynamic  RAM  high-density memory module.  The device  consists  of  eight CMOS 16M x 4bit DRAMs in 32-pin SOJ or TSOP packages and four CMOS 16Mx1bit DRAMs in SOJ or TSOP packages mounted on a 72-pin glass-epoxy substrate.
