HSA1538-D

The HSA1538-D belongs to the HSA1538 series. It is a PNP epitaxial planar transistor which is made by the MICROELECTRONICS CORP. It is designed for high-definition CRT display video output,wide-band amplifier. It has some features as follows. (1) high fT which is 500 MHz; (2) high breakdown voltage; (3) small reverse transfer capacitance.

The following is the description about HSA1538-D's absolute maximum ratings at TA is 25 . (1): storage temperature is from -55 to 150 and the maximum junction temperature is 150 ; (2): total power dissipation is 1.3 W when TA is 25 and is 8 W when TC is 25 ; (3): collector to base voltage(BVCBO) is -120 V and collector to emitter voltage(BVCEO) is -120 V,emitter to base voltage(VBEBO) is -3 V; (4): IC collector current is -200 mA and peak collector current is -400 mA; (5): the minimum VBCBO is -120 V when IC -10 A ; (6): the minimum BVCEO is -120 V when IC is -1 mA,and VBEBO is -3 V at IE is -100 A; (7): the maximum ICBO is -0.1 A when VCB is -80 V and IE is 0,IEBO is -0.1 A at VEB is -2 V and IC is 0; (8): the maximum VCE(sat) is -1 V at the condition of IC is -30 mA and IB is -3 mA; (9): the typical fT is 400 MHz at IC is -500 mA and VCE is -2 V.
