HSMP-380 series

The HSMP-380 series is specially designed for low distortion attenuator applications.It is optimized for switching applications where ultra-low resistance is required.

Features of the HSMP-380 series are:(1)diode optimized for: low current switching, low distortion attenuationg, ultra-low distortion switching, microwave frequency operation; (2)surface mount SOT-23 and SOT-143 packages: single ans dual versions tape and reel options available; (3)low failure in time(FIT) rate.

The absolute maximum ratings of the HSMP-380 series can be summarized as:(1): forward current(1 ms pulse)(Tf) is 1 A; (2): total device dissipation(Pt) is 250 mW; (3): peak inverse voltage(Piv) is as the same as VBR; (4): junction temperature(Tj) is 150 ; (5): storage temperature (Tstg) is -65  to 150 .
