Description

   The HYM2596 series are monolithic IC that design for a step-down DC/DC converter, and have the ability of driving a 3A load with excellent line and load regulation characteristics. It can output 3.3V, 5V, 12V fixed voltage and adjustable voltage less than 40V.

The HYM2596 device only four external components and include internal frequency compensation and a fixed frequency generator, so HYM2596 is very easy to use. Since the device operates under the 150kHz switching frequency, so, unlike in the low-frequency switching regulator, it can use a smaller size of filter components. The package includes a standard 5-pin TO-220 package (pin There are several ways of bending) and 5 feet TO-263 surface mount package.
