IAD112N

The IAD112N Multifunction Telecom switch combines a 50V Form A relay and two optocouplers in a single package. he relay uses optically coupled MOSFET technology o provide 1500V of input to output isolation. The fficient MOSFET switch and photovoltaic die use Clare's atented OptoMOS architecture. The optically coupled nput uses highly efficient GaAIAs infrared LEDs. AD112N's allow telecom circuit designers to combine hree discrete functions in a single component. The AD112N's small package uses less space than traditional iscrete component solutions.
