ICS85320AMI

The ICS85320AMI is designed as a LVCMOS/LVTTL-to-differential 2.5V/3.3V LVPECL translator and a member of the hiPerclocks family of high performance clocks solutions from ICs. It has a single ended clock input. The single ended clock input accepts LVCMOS or LVTTL input levels and translates them to 2.5V/3.3V LVPECL levels. The small outline 8-pin SOIC package makes this device ideal for applications where space, high performance and low power are important.

Some absolute maximum ratings of the ICS85320AMI have been concluded into several points as follow. (1)Its supply voltage would be 4.6V. (2)Its input voltage would be from -0.5V to Vcc+0.5V. (3)Its outputs current would be 50mA for continuous and would be 100mA for surge current. (4)Its package thermal impedance would be 112.7°C/W (0 ifpm). (5)Its storage temperature range would be from -65°C to 150°C. It should be noted that stresses above those listed in absolute maximum ratings may cause permanent damage to device.
