Description

Fixed frequency current-mode PWM controller of the IL3843. It is specially designedfor Off Line And DC-to-DC converter applications with minimal external component. This integrated circuit features a trimmed oscillator forprecise duty cycle control. a temperature compensated reference, highgain arror amplifier, current sensing comparator, and a high currenttotempole output ideally suited for driving a power MOSFET.

Protection circuitry of the IL3843 includes built in under-voltage lockout and currentlimiting
