The IMP528ESA is one member of the IMP528 family which is designed as the hiigh-vollttage Electroluminescent (EL) lamp driiver that can be used in (1)GPS units/pagers/cellular phones; (2)PDAs/Handheld computers; (3)safety illumination; (4)portable instrumentation; (5)battery-operated displays; (6)LCD modules; (7)toys. This device operates over a 2.0V to 6.5V supply voltage range and is available in MicroSO and SO-8 packages and in die or wafer form.
