The IMP560ESA/T is one member of the IMP560 family which is designed as the Electroluminescent (EL) lamp driver that can be used in (1)night lights; (2)automotive displays; (3)cellular phones; (4)pagers; (5)clocks and radios; (6)portable GPS receivers; (7)LCD module backlights. This device is also available in MicroSO and SO-8 packages and in die or wafer form.
Features of the IMP560ESA/T are:(1)112V peak-to-peak typical AC output voltage; (2)low input current (w/inductor current): 12mA; (3)low disabled input current: 50nA; (4)wide operating voltage range - from 2.0V to 6.5V; (5)simple design requires few passive components; (6)adjustable output lamp frequency controls lamp color and power consumption; (7)adjustable converter frequency for minimum power consumption; (8)IMP803 pin-compatible; (9)MicroSO package option.
