IMP706CPA

The IMP706CPA is one member of the IMP706 family which is designed as the supervisor circuit that generates a reset signal during power-up, power-down and during brownout conditions. So this device can be used in (1)computers and controllers; (2)CTI applications; (3)embedded controllers; (4)battery operated systems; (5)intelligent instruments; (6)wireless communication systems; (7)PDAs and handheld equipment. Also it is available in 8-pin DIP, SO and the compact MicroSO packages.

Features of the IMP706CPA are:(1)lower power, pin compatible replacements: 30% lower supply current:140A vs. 200A;(2)debounced manual reset input;(3)auxiliary voltage monitor comparator: 1.25V threshold and battery monitor/auxiliary supply monitor;(4)watchdog timer: watchdog can be disabled by floating WDI;(5)200ms reset time delay;(6)DIP, SO and MicroSO packages;(7)guaranteed RESET assertion to Vcc=1.1V.
