The IMP803IMA/T is one member of the IMP803 family which is designed as the Electroluminescent (EL) lamp driver with the four EL lamp driving functions on-chip that can be used in (1)GPS units/Pagers/Cellular phones; (2)PDAs/Handheld computers; (3)Safety illumination; (4)Portable instrumentation; (5)Battery-operated displays; (6)LCD modules; (7)Toys. And this device operates over a 2.0V to 6.5V supply voltage range.
