The IMP813 is designed as the CMOS supervisor circuits monitor that generates a reset signal during power-up, power-down and during brownout conditio-ns. This device can be used in (1)computers and embedded controllers; (2)battery-operated systems; (3)intelligent instruments; (4)wireless communication systems; (5)PDAs and handheld equipment. Also this device is available in 8-pin DIP, SO and MicroSO packages.
Features of the IMP813 are:(1)improved replacements for the Maxim MAX705/6/7/8, MAX813L: 140A maximum supply current and 60% improvement; (2)precision power supply monitor: 4.65V threshold (IMP705/707/813L) and 4.40V threshold (IMP706/8); (3)debounced manual reset input; (4)voltage monitor: 1.25V threshold and battery monitor/auxiliary supply monitor; (5)watchdog timer (IMP705/706/813L); (6)200ms reset pulse width; (7)Active HIGH reset output (IMP707/708/813L); (8)microSO package.
