IP3253

The IP3253 is designed as one kind of integrated 4-, 6- and 8-channel passive EMI-filter device that is fabricated using monolithic silicon technology integrating up to 8 inductors and 16 diodes in a 0.4 mm pitch 8-, 12- or 16-pin ultra-thin leadless plastic package, compatible with QFN.

Features of the IP3253 are:(1)Pb-free and Restriction of Hazardous Substances (RoHS) compliant; (2)4-, 6- and 8-channel integrated p-type LC filter network; (3)ESD protection to ±15 kV contact discharge according to IEC 61000-4-2, level 4; (4)ESD protection to ±30 kV contact discharge according to MIL-STD-883 (Method 3015) Human Body Model; (5)UTLP (QFN compatible) plastic package with 0.4 mm pitch and 0.5 mm height.

The absolute maximum ratings of the IP3253 can be summarized as:(1)supply voltage: -0.5 to +5.6 V;(2)electrostatic discharge voltage: -30 to +30 kV;(3)channel current (DC): 30 mA;(4)channel power dissipation: 10 mW;(5)total power dissipation per package: 500 mW;(6)storage temperature: -65 to +150 °C;(7)ambient temperature: -40 to +85 °C.
