IQM-9B-500

      The IQM-9B-500 is deisgned by I&Q network.
      It has four features.The first one is that its frequencry would be from 30 to 1000MHz.The second one is that it would have ultrawide bandwidth.The next one is that it would have spread spectrum applications.The next one is that it would have SMA connectors.That are all the features.
      Some absolute maximum ratings and electrical characteristics and some general specifications have been concluded into several points as follow.The first one is about its RF and LO input characteristics, its impedance would be 50 W nom.The second one is about its VSWR which would be typ 1.3:1 and would be max 1.7:1.The next one is about its RF power level which would be 0 dBm nom.The next one is about its LO power level which would be +11.5 dBm nom.It should be noted that higher LO power versions available to special order.The next one is about its isolation (L-R) which would be 40 dB min.The next one is about its I & Q output characteristics, its amplitude balance which would be 0.75 dB.The next one is about its video bandwidth which would have the minimum of 100 MHz, nom.It should be noted that video Bandwidths are typically much greater than specified.The next one is about its two tone, 3rd order input intercept which would be +16 dBm typ.The next one is about its output impedance which would be 50 W nom.The next one is about its conversion loss (RF to I or Q) which would be 10 dB typ and 12 dB max.The next one is about its weight, nominal which would be 3 oz (84 g).The next one is about its operating temp which would be from -55° to +85°C.
      Also some things should be noted that I & Q networks are integrated networks that produce two quadrature phased, equal amplitude signals when fed RF and LO signals.
