IR9161

The IR9161 is a low power guad compatible rator capable of controlling a supply current, input bias current and output current by an external single resistor. There are some features as follows. First is low power dissipation. The second is wide power supply range which is from ±1.5 V to ±18 V. Then is external control of electrical characteristics (supply current, input bias current, etc). The last one is 16-pin dual-in-line package.

What comes next is about the absolute maximum ratings of the IR9161 (TA = 25). The VCC-VEE (supply voltage) is 36 V. The VID (differential input voltage) is ±30 V. The VICM (in-phase input voltage) is from VEE to VCC V. The PD (power dissipation) is 650 mW. The operating temperature range is from 0 to +70. The storage temperature range is from -55 to +125.
