ISD202

The ISD202 belongs to ISD20* series of optically coupled isolators consist of infrared light emitting diodes and NPN silicon photo transistors in space efficient dual in line plastic packages. It can applicated in computer terminals, industrial systems controllers, signal transmission between systems of different potentials and impedances.

The features of ISD202 can be summarized as (1)options :- 10mm lead spread - add G after part no. Surface mount - add SM after part no. Tape&reel - add SMT&R after part no; (2)high isolation voltage (5.3kV RMS ,7.5kV PK); (3)high BV CEO (70V min); (4)all electrical parameter 100% tested; (5)custom electrical selections available.

The absolute maximum ratings of ISD202 are (1)storage temperature: -40°C to + 125°C; (2)operating temperature: -25°C to + 100°C; (3)lead soldering temperature (1/16 inch (1.6mm) from case for 10 secs): 260°C.
