IT8208M/AY-L(R)

The IT8208M/AY-L(R) is designed as one kind of extended PCI arbiters which incorporates an extended PCI arbiter to support more PCI master bus request. The extended PCI arbiter utilizes one set of SYSGNT# and SYSREQ# to support 3 PCI Masters, so that two more PCI masters can be supported for the system. PCISTOP# input signal is useful to facilitate the fairness arbitration.

It has three features. (1)Extended PCI arbiter which means supports 1 PCI arbiter to extend 1 set of SYSGNT# and SYSREQ#, which can be utilized to support 3 PCI masters bus request. (2)Input PCI clock supports input clock frequency from 25MHz to 66MHz. (3)16-pin SOP. Those are all the main features.

Some absolute maximum ratings have been concluded into several points as follow. (1)Its applied voltage of Vcc, AVcc would be from -0.3V to 4.6V. (2)Its input voltage of 3.3V interface would be from -0.3V to Vcc+0.3V. (3)Its input voltage of 5V tolerant interface would be from -0.3V to 5.25V. (4)Its case temperature range would be from 0°C to 70°C. (5)Its storage temperature range would be from -40°C to 125°C. It should be noted that stresses above those listed in absolute maximum ratings may cause permanent damage to device.

Also some electrical characteristics are concluded as follow. (1)Its input low voltage would be min -0.3V and max 0.2Vcc. (2)Its input high voltage would be min 0.7Vcc and max Vcc+0.3V. (3)Its output low voltage would be max 0.5V. (4)Its output high voltage would be min 2.4V. (5)Its input low current would be min -1uA and max 1uA. (6)Its input high current would be min -1uA and max 1uA. (7)Its tri-state leakage current would be min -10uA and max 10uA. (8)Its input capacitance would be typ 3pF.
