      The JHC54R8RG is designed as connor winfield models of 5.0V HCMOS, fixed frequency crystal oscillator (XO) designed for use in all applications requiring precision clocks over the commercial or industrial temperature ranges.
      It has many features.The first one is that it would have 5.0V operation.The second one is about its frequency range which would be from 1.0 to 70 MHz.The next one is about its overall frequency tolerance which would be ±20ppm.The next one is about its temperature range which would be from 0 to 70°C.The next one is that it would have tri-state enable / disable function.The next one is that it would hae surface mount gull wing package.The next one is that it would have hermetically sealed package.The last one is that it would be RoHS compliant and lead free.That are all the main features.
      Some absolute maximum ratings have been concluded into several points as follow.The first one is about its storage temperature which would be min -55°C and max 125°C.The second one is about its supply voltage  which would have the minimum of -0.5V and would be max 7.0 Vdc.
      Also there are some characteristics about its input and output.The first one is about its enable voltage which would be min 2.2 Vdc.The second one is about its disable voltage which would be max 0.8 Vdc.The next one is about its enable time which would be max 100 ns.The next one is about its disable time which would be max 100 ns.The next one is about its output load which would be max 50 pF.The next one is about its output voltage (high) which would be min 4.5 Vdc.The next one is about its output voltage (low) which would be max 0.5 Vdc.The next one is about its output current (high) which would be min -16 mA and (low) would be max 16 mA.And so on.For more information please contact us.
