JPP-21S

      The JPP-21S is designed as quadraphase modulator.
      It has five features.The first one is that it would unit to 3GHz.The second one is that it would have high data bandwidth.The next one is that it would have differential ECL.The next one is that it would have TTL compatible drive.The next one is that it would have hi-rel package.That are all the features.
      Some princlpal specifications have been concluded into several points as follow.The first one is about its center frequency which would be from 1200 to 2500MHz.The second one is about its RF input bandwidth which would be 10% of fo.The next one is about its amplitude balance which would be max 1.0dB.The next one is about its phase balance at center which would be typ ±2° and would be max ±5°.The next one is about its phase balance at 10% band limits which would be typ ±2° and would be max ±5°.The next one is about its insertion loss which would be max 10dB.
      Also there are some general specifications about it.The first one is about its impedance which would be  50 W nom.The next one is about its VSWR which would be max 1.5:1.The next one is about its RF input level which would be 0 dBm nom.The next one is about its data bandwidth which would be >100 MHz nom.The next one is about its data signal levels which would be +15 mA nom for logic 1 and would be -15 mA nom for logic 0.The next one is about its weight, nominal which would be 0.32 oz (9 g).The last one is about its operating temperature which would be from -55° to +85°C.Something should be noted that units in the JPP-21S series of Quadraphase Modulators are composed of two biphase modulators, a 90° quadrature hybrid and an in-phase power combiner.
