K3050P series

The K3050P series consist of a phototriac optically coupled to a gallium arsenide infrared emitting diode in a 6 lead plastic dual inline packages.

Features of the K3050P series are:(1)thickness through insulation; (2)isolation materials according to UL 94; (3)rated isolation voltage(RMS includes DC) VIOWM is 600 VRMS(848 V peak); (4)rated impulse voltage(transient overvoltage)VIOTM is 6 kV peak; (5)creeping current resistance according to VDE 0303/IEC 112; (6)peak off state voltage VDRM is 600 V min; (7)on state RMS current ITRMS is 100 mA max; (8)IFT offered into 2 groups.

The absolute maximum ratings of the K3050P series can be summarized as:(1): reverse voltage(VR) is 6 V; (2): forward current(IF) is 60 mA; (3): forward surge current(IFSM) is 3 A when tp is not longer than 10 us; (4): power dissipation(Ptot) is 100 mW when Tamb is not higher than 25; (5): junction temperature(Tj) is 125.
