KA2130

The KA2130 is designed as a monolithic integrated circuit for use in vertical deflection circuit of monochrome and small sized color television receivers. It oscillates vertical signal synchronizing with vertical synchronization signal, and puts out the vertical deflection current with the single chip.

It has many features. The first one is it would include vertical synchronization circuit, vertical oscillation circuit, vertical saw tooth shaper and vertical output circuit. The second one is clamping circuit for blanking pulse. The third one is temperature compesating circuit. The fourth one is less number of external components. The fifth one is wide range of operational voltage which would be from 9 to 18V. The sixth one is freely adjustable pull-in range. The seventh one is adjustable blanking pulse-width. The eighth one is large output current capacity (2 Ap-p). The ninth one is built-in adjusting circuit for flyback time. The tenth one is easy mounting on printed circuit board. That are all the main features.

Some absolute maximum ratings have been concluded into several points as follow. The first one is about its power supply voltage which would be 20V. The second one is about its output current which would be 2 Ap-p. The third one is about its power dissipation which would be 1.5W without heatsink and would be 2.15W with aluminum heatsink. The fourth one is about its operating temperature range which would be from -20°C to +75°C. The fifth one is about its storage temperature range which would be from -40°C to +150°C.

And some electrical characteristics about it. The first one is about its circuit current which would be min 15mA and typ 30mA and max 46mA. The second one is about its output terminal voltage which would be min 5.6V and typ 6.0V and max 6.4V. The third one is about its vertical oscillation frequency which would be 50/60 Hz. The fourth one is about its free-running frequency which would be min 53Hz and typ 60Hz and max 67Hz. And so on. For more information please contact us.
