The Fairchild Power Switch(FPS) KA5L0165RL consist of high oltage power SenseFET and current mode PWM IC. Included WM controller KA5L0165RL features integrated fixed oscillator, under oltage lock out, leading edge blanking, optimized gate turn-on/ urn-off driver, thermal shut down protection, over voltage rotection, and temperature compensated precision current ources for loop compensation and fault protection circuitry.
