Description

The KA7805 is designed as one kind of 3-terminal 1A negative voltage regulator that is available in TO-220 package and with several fixed output voltages, making them useful in a wide range of applications. Features of the KA7805 are:(1)output current in excess of 1A; (2)output voltages of 5, 6, 8, 9, 10, 12, 15, 18, 24V; (3)internal thermal overload protection; (4)short circuit protection; (5)output transistor safe operating area protection.
