KIA2951P

The KIA2951P is a kind of micropower voltage regulator. The device is suitable for use in battery-powered systems. Its careful design has minimized all contibutions to the error budget. This includes a tight initial tolerance (5% typ), extremely good load and line regulation (0.05% typ) and a very low output voltage temperature coefficient, marking the part useful as a low-power voltage reference.
