KS0083

The KS0083 is a kind of graphic type LCD driver LSI which is fabricated by CMOS process for high voltage. In case of segment driver, can be selected 4 bit, 1 bit data transfer or chip select mode. Then is about the functions: (1)dot matrix LCD driver with 80 channel output; (2)input/output: input: 80 channel waveform for LCD driving; input: parallel display data and control signal from controller and bias voltage (V3, V4, VSS).

There are some features of KS0083 as follows: (1)power supply voltage: -5 V±10%; (2)LCD driving voltage: -24 V (typ) (VEE); (3)100 QFP and bare chip available.

The following is about the absolute maximum ratings of KS0083 :  (1)logic supply voltage, VDD: -7 to +0.3 V; (2)LCD drivers supply voltage, VLCD: -30 to +0.3 V; (3)input voltage, VIN: VDD-0.3 to +0.3 V; (4)operating temperature, Topr: -20 to +70; (5)storage temperature, Tstg: -65 to +150.
