KS0108

The KS0108 is a LCD driver LSI with 64 channel output for dotmatrix liquid crystal graphic display system.This device consists of the display RAM,64 bit data latch 64 bit drivers and decoder logics.It has the internal display RAM for storing the display data transferred from a 8 bit micro controller and generates the dot matrix liquid crystal driving signals corresponding to stored data.

Features of the KS0108 are:(1)dot matrix LCD segment driver with 64 channel output; (2)input and output signal ; (3)display data is stored in display data RAM from MPU; (4)interface RAM; (5)applicable LCD duty:1/32-1/64; (6)LCD driving voltage:8 V to 17 V; (7)high voltage CMOS process; (8)100QFP and bare chip available.

The absolute maximum ratings of the KS0108 can be summarized as:(1): supply voltage(VDD) is -0.3 V to 7.0 V; (2): terminal voltage(Vi) is -0.3 V to VDD+0.3 V; (3): operating temperature(Topr) is -20 to +75; (4): storage temperature(Tstg) is -55 to +125.
