General Description
KTY84-1 General Description
The temperature sensors in the KTY84-1 series have a positive temperature coefficient of resistance and are suitable for use in measurement and control systems over a temperature range of -40 to +300. The sensors are encapsulated in the SOD68 (DO-34) package. The leads are nickel plated.
Tolerances of 0.5% or other special selections are available on request.
