The L149 is a general purpose power booster in Pentawatt ? package consisting of a quasi-com- plentary darlington output stage with the associat- ed biasing system an inhibit facility.

L149 is particularly suited for use with an op- rational amplifier inside a closed loop configura- ion to increase output current.
