Description

The L9821 High Side Driver realized with Multipower - BCDmixed technology, drives resistive or inductive loads with one side connectedto ground.

The input control is TTL compatible and a diagnostic output provides an indication of load (open and short) and device status (thermal and overvoltage shutdown).Onchip thermalprotectionandshort circuit protection are provided.

The L9821 is assembled in the Pentawattpackage with the tab connected to the ground terminal.
