The LAS4082 100mA PULSE WIDTH MODULATOR CONTROLLER.The LAS4082 seriea of PWM controllers are monolithic integrated circuits designed to drive power FET's directly in high frequency signle ended forward converters at a duty cycle of up to 80%.This linear,feed forward control concept provides precise definition of the maximum duty cycle and frequency under conditions of transient line and load changes for guaranteed limitation of main switch stressunder all operating conditons.

Features of the LAS4082 are:(1)dynamic control of duty cycle for feed forward operation; (2)uncommitted current limit comparator for current mode control; (3)adjustable maximum on time; (4)programmable under-voltage lockout; (5)cycle-by-cycle current limit with optional frequency shift.

The absolute maximum ratings of the LAH25-NP can be summarized as:(1)supply voltage:40V; (2)output collector-emitter voltage:40 v; (3)soft start zener current:1mA.
