LC7412

The LC7412 is designed as one kind of digital control CMOS LSIs for VTR servi circuit use. Since any servo characteristics can be achieved by coding the on-chip mask ROMs and externally addressing the ROMs, this device can be applied to any multifunctional VTRs. Also ,this device contains the functions required for the servo circuit on single chips, can provide a servo system with a good cost performance.

Features of the LC7412 are:(1)speed / phase control of drum unit (on-chip ROMs);(2)speed / phase control of capstan unit (on-chip ROMs);(3)generation of reference signal for phase control (on-chip ROM);(4)mode select by 4-bit parallel data;(5)recording / playback control of control signal;(6)automatic detection of tape speed during playback mode (SP/LP/EP);(7)division processing of control signal, capstan FG signal during special playback mode;(8)processing of drum PG signal;(9)generation of switching signal for HiFi head;(10)package DIP30S: LC7412.
