LM032LN

The LM032LN is designed of EL version.

It has three features. (1)20 chacter x 2 lines. (2)Controller LSI HD44780 is built-in. (3)+5V single power supply. Those are all the main features.

Some absolute maximum ratings have been concluded into several points as follow. (1)Its power supply for logic Vdd-Vss would be min 0V and max 6.5V. (2)Its power supply for LCD drive Vdd-Vo would be min 0V and max 6.5V. (3)Its input voltage would be min Vss and max Vdd. (4)Its operating temperature range would be from 0°C to 50°C. (5)Its storage temperature range would be from -20°C to 70°C. (6)Its EL power supply (when fitted) would be AC 150Vms for voltage Vel and would be 1kHz for frequency at 100Vms. It should be noted that stresses above those listed in absolute maximum ratings may cause permanent damage to device.

Also some electrical characteristics are concluded as follow. (1)Its input high voltage would be min 2.2V. (2)Its input low voltage would be max 0.6V. (3)Its output high voltage would be min 2.4V. (4)Its output low voltage would be max 0.4V. (5)Its power supply current would be typ 2.0mA and max 3.0mA. (6)Its power supply for LCD drive (recommended) range of Vdd-Vo would be from 1.5V to 5.25V. (7)Its power supply for EL (when fitted) would be 100Vms for Vel (typ at 400Hz) and would be 16mA for fEL (max at Vel 100V, 400Hz). And so on.

And some timing characteristics are concluded as follow. (1)Its enable cycle time would be min 1.0us. (2)Its enable pulse width would be min 450ns. (3)Its enable rise/fall time would be max 25ns. (4)Its RS, R/W set up time would be min 140ns. (5)Its data delay time would be max 320ns. (6)Its data set up time would be min 195ns. (7)Its hold time would be min 20ns. And so on.
