LM120-8H

The LM120-8H is one member of the LM120 family which is designed as the three-terminal positive regulator with a preset 5V output and a load driving capability of 3 amps. This device has the new circuit design and processing technique, which are used to provide the high output current without sacrificing the regulation characteristics of lower current devices.
