The LM135H/883 is one member of the LM135 family which is designed as the precision temperature sensor that operates as a 2-terminal Zener and the breakdown voltage is directly proportional to the absolute temperature at 10mV/K. Features of the LM135H/883 are:(1)directly calibrated in K; (2)1 initial accuracy; (3)operates from 450mA to 5mA; (4)less than 1 dynamic impedance.
The absolute maximum ratings of the LM135H/883 can be summarized as:(1)current reverse: 15 mA;(2)current forward: 10 mA;(3)operating free-air temperature range continuous: -55 to +150;(4)operating free-air temperature range intermittent: +150 to +200;(5)storage temperature range: -65 to +150.
