The LM193AN is designed as one kind of low power dual voltage comparator which consists of two independent precision voltage comparators with an offset voltage specification as low as 2.0mV max for two comparators which were designed specifically to operate from a single power supply over a wide range of voltages.
LM193AN has eight features. (1)Wide single supply voltage range 2.0Vdc to 32Vdc, or dual supplies ±1.0Vdc, to ±16Vdc. (2)Very low supply current drain (0.8mA) independent of supply voltage (2.0mW/comparator at 5.0Vdc). (3)Low input biasing current 25nA. (4)Low input offset current ±5nA and offset voltage ±2mV. (5)Input common-mode voltage range includes ground. (6)Differential input voltage range equal to the power supply voltage. (7)Low output 250mV at 4mA saturation voltage. (8)Output voltage compatible with TTL, DTL, ECL, MOS and CMOS logic systems. Those are all the main features.
