LM193AN

The LM193AN is designed as one kind of low power dual voltage comparator which consists of two independent precision voltage comparators with an offset voltage specification as low as 2.0mV max for two comparators which were designed specifically to operate from a single power supply over a wide range of voltages.

LM193AN has eight features. (1)Wide single supply voltage range 2.0Vdc to 32Vdc, or dual supplies ±1.0Vdc, to ±16Vdc. (2)Very low supply current drain (0.8mA) independent of supply voltage (2.0mW/comparator at 5.0Vdc). (3)Low input biasing current 25nA. (4)Low input offset current ±5nA and offset voltage ±2mV. (5)Input common-mode voltage range includes ground. (6)Differential input voltage range equal to the power supply voltage. (7)Low output 250mV at 4mA saturation voltage. (8)Output voltage compatible with TTL, DTL, ECL, MOS and CMOS logic systems. Those are all the main features.

Some absolute maximum ratings of LM193AN have been concluded into several points as follow. (1)Its supply voltage would be 32 or +/-16V. (2)Its differential input voltage would be 32Vdc. (3)Its maximum power dissipation would be 1160mW. (4)Its output short-circuit to ground would be continuous. (5)Its input current would be 50mA. (6)Its operating temperature range would be from -55°C to 125°C. (7)Its storage temperature range would be from -65°C to 150°C. (8)Its lead soldering temperature 10 second max would be 230°C. It should be noted that stresses above those listed in absolute maximum ratings may cause permanent damage to device.

Also some electrical characteristics of LM193AN are concluded as follow. (1)Its input offset voltage would be typ +/-1.0mV and max +/-2mV. (2)Its input common mode voltage range would be from 0V to V+-1.5V. (3)Its differential input voltage would be max V+. (4)Its input bias current would be typ 25nA and max 100nA. And so on.
