LM208AH

The LM208AH is identical to the LM108A, except that the LM208A has its performance guaranteed over a -25 to +85 temperature range, instead of -55 to +125.The LM208AH belongs to LM208A series.

Features of the LM208AH are:(1)offset voltage guaranteed less than 0.5 mV;(2)maximum input bias current of 3.0 nA over temperature;(3)offset current less than 400 pA over temperature;(4)supply current of only 300 mA, even in saturation;(5)guaranteed 5 V/ drift.

The absolute maximum ratings of the LM208AH can be summarized as:(1):the supply voltage is ±20V;(2):the power dissipation is 500 mW;(3):the differential input current is  ±10 mA;(4):the input voltage is ±15V;(5):the output short-circuit duration is continuous;(6):the operating free air temperature range is -25 to +85;(7):the storage temperature range is -65 to +150;(8):the lead temperature (soldering,10 sec.) (DIP) 260;(9):the soldering information dual-in-line package soldering (10 sec.) is 260;(10):the soldering information small outline package vapor phase (60 sec.) is 215;(11):the soldering information small outline package infrared (15 sec.) is 220;(12):the ESD tolerance is 2000V.
