LM2673S-5.0

The LM2673S-5.0 is designed as one kind of high efficiency 3A step-down voltage regulator that can be used in (1)Simple to design, high efficiency (>90%) step-down switching regulators; (2)Efficient system pre-regulator for linear voltage regulators; (3)Battery chargers applications. And this device also has built in thermal shutdown, current limiting and an ON/OFF control input that can power down the regulator to a low 50A quiescent current standby condition.
