LM2991J-QML

The LM2991J-QML is one member of the LM2991J family which is designed as the low dropout adjustable negative regulator with a output voltage range between -3V to -24V. This device can be used in post switcher regulator, local, on-card, regulation and battery operated equipment. The regulator of this device can be turned off by applying a TTL or CMOS level high signal to the ON/OFF pin (see adjustable current sink application).

Features of the LM2991J-QML are:(1)output voltage adjustable from .3V to .24V, typically .2V to .25V; (2)output current in excess of 1A; (3)dropout voltage typically 0.6V at 1A load; (4)low quiescent current; (5)internal short circuit current limit; (6)internal thermal shutdown with hysteresis; (7)TTL, CMOS compatible ON/OFF switch; (8)functional complement to the LM2941 series.
