Description

The LM339DR is designed as quad differential comparators which consists of four independent voltage comparators that are designed to operate from a single power supply over a wide range of voltages. It is characterized for operation from 0°C to 70°C.

LM339DR has ten features. The first one is it would have single supply or dual supplies. The second one is it would have wide range of supply voltage. The third one is low supply-current drain independent of supply voltage would be 0.8mA typ. The fourth one is low input bias current would be 25nA typ. The fifth one is low input offset current would be 3nA typ. The sixth one is low input offset voltage would be 2mV typ. The seventh one is common-mode input voltage range includes ground. The eighth one is differential input voltage range equal to maximum-rated supply voltage would be ±36V. The ninth one is low output saturation voltage. The last one is output compatible with TTL, MOS, and CMOS. That are all the main features.
