The LM4140ACMX-1.0 is one member of the LM4140 family which is designed as the high precision low noise low dropout voltage reference that can be used in (1)portable, battery powered equipment; (2)instrumentation and test equipment; (3)automotive; (4)industrial process control; (5)ndata acquisition systems; (6)medical equipment; (7)precision scales; (8)servo systems; (9)battery charging applications. This device is the industry's first reference with output voltage options lower than the bandgap voltage, and is available in three grades (A, B, C) with 0.1% initial accuracy and 3, 6 and 10 ppm/°C temperature coefficients.
