Description

The LM4860M is one member of the LM4860 family which is designed as the 1W audio power amplifier that can be used in (1)personal computers; (2)portable consumer products; (3)cellular phones; (4)self-powered speakers; (5)toys and games. And this device can be configured by external gain setting resistors for differential gains of 1 to 10 without the use of external compensation components.

Features of the LM4860M are:(1)no output coupling capacitors, bootstrap capacitors, or snubber circuits are necessary; (2)small Outline (SO) power packag-ing; (3)compatible with PC power supplies; (4)thermal shutdown protection circuitry; (5)unity-gain stable; (6)external gain configuration capability; (7)two headphone control inputs and headphone sensing output.
