Description

The LM6261 family of high-speed amplifiers exhibits an ex-cellent speed-power product in delivering 300 V/µs and50 MHz unity gain stability with only 5 mA of supply current.Further power savings and application convenience are pos-sible by taking advantage of the wide dynamic range in oper-ating supply voltage which extends all the way down to +5V.

These amplifiers LM6261 are built with National's VIP™ (Vertically In-tegrated PNP) process which provides fast PNP transistorsthat are true complements to the already fast NPN devices.

This advanced junction-isolated process delivers high speed performance without the need for complex and expensive di-electric isolation.
