LM7001

The LM7001 is direct PLL frequency synthesizers that provide accurate reference frequencies for long-wave and medium-wave AM and FM tunners.They incorporates a 24-bit shift register and latch, programmable divider, reference divider and phase detector charge pump.

Features of the LM7001 are:(1)high-speed AM/FM programmable divider; (2)seven software-selectable reference frequencies in the range 1 to 100 kHz; (3)three on-chip, open-drain bandswitching output drivers; (4)400 kHz clock output for microcontroller system clock; (5)8 Hz timebase output for real-time clock ; (6)three-wire serial control; (7)5 V supply.

The absolute maximum ratings of the LM7001 can be summarized as:(1)supply voltage range(VDD max) is -0.3 V to 7.0 V; (2)logic-level input voltage range(VIH1 max) is -0.3 V to 7.0 V ; (3)analog input voltage range(VIH2 max) is -0.3 V to VDD+0.3 V ; (4)SYC output voltage range(Vout1 max) is -0.3 V to 7.0V ; (5)B01 , B02 and B03 output voltage range(Vout2 max) is -0.3 V to 13 V; (6)PD1, PD2 and XOUT output voltage range(Vout3 max0 is -0.3 V to VDD+0.3 V ; (7)B01, B02 and B03 output current range(Iout max) is 0  to 3 mA.
