DescriptionThe LT1105CN is one member of the LT1105 family which is designed as the offline switching regulator. This device is optimized for 15W100W applications such as: (1)Up to 250W Isolated Mains Converter; (2)Up to 50W Isolated Telecom Converter; (3)Fully Isolated Multiple Outputs; (4)Distributed Power Conversion Networks. For higher power applications or additional switch current flexibility, the LT1105 is available and its totem pole output drives the gate of an external FET.
Features of the LT1105CN are:(1)±1% line and load regulation with no opto-coupler; (2)switch frequency up to 200kHz; (3)internal 2A switch and current sense (LT1103); (4)internal 1A totem pole driver (LT1105); (5)start-up mode draws only 200mA; (6)fully protected against overloads; (7)overvoltage lockout of main supply; (8)protected against underdrive or overdrive to FET; (9)operates in continuous or discontinuous mode; (10)ideal for flyback and forward topologies; (11)isolated flyback mode has fully floating outputs.
