LT1684CN

The LT1684CN is one member of the LT1684 series which is designed as one kind of telecommunication ring tone generator that can be used in fiber to the curb telecom equipment, key system/PBX equipment and wireless local loop telephones. This device normalizes the pulse amplitude to ±1.25V for an accurate signal voltage reference and uses its own ring tone output as a reference for generating local supply rails employing complementary high voltage external MOSFETs as dynamic levelshifting devices.
