M2148H

The M2148H is designed as high speed 1024 X 4 bit static RAM with max access time of 70ns and max active current of 180mA and max standby current of 30mA.

M2148H has many features. The first one is it would use HCMOS III technology. The next one is completely static memtory - no clock or timing strobe required. The next one is equal access and cycle times. The next one is it would have single +5V supply. The next one is power down. The next one is it would have high density 18-pin package.
