M220Z1-L03

The M220Z1-L03 is designed as one kind of low-temperature-coefficient 2.5V zener with 0.2W dynamic impedance. A third terminal on the M220Z1-L03 allows the reference voltage and temperature coefficient to be trimmed easily. And this device is rated for operation over a 0°C to +70°C temperature range, and is useful as a precision 2.5V low voltage reference for digital voltmeters, power supplies or op amp circuitry.
