M27C128

The M27C128 is designed as 128K (16K X 8) CHMOS production and UV erasable PROMs.

It has many features. The first one is CHMOS microcontroller and microprocessor compatible. The next one is it would have low power consumption which would be 100uA maximum standby current (CMOS). The next one is maximum latch-up immunity through EPI processing which would be ±1V input protection and 14V Vpp protection. The next one is CHMOS II-E technology. The next one is it would have fast programming which would be inteligent programming algorithm and quick pulse programming algorithm. The next one is inteligent identifier mode which would mean automated programming operatings. The next one is compatible with M2732A, M27C64A, M27C256. The next one is abaliable in 28-pin cerdip package. That are all the main features.

Some absolute maximum ratings have been concluded into several points as follow. The first one is about its case temperature under bias which would be from -55°C to +125°C. The next one is about its storage temperature which would be from -65°C to +150°C. The next one is about its voltage on any pin with respect to ground which would be from -2.0V to +7V. The next one is about its voltage on pin Ag with respect to ground which would be from -2.0V to +13.5V. The next one is about its Vpp supply voltage with respect to ground during programming which would be from -2.0V to +14.0V. The next one is about its Vcc supply voltage with respect to ground which would be from -2.0V t 7.0V. It should be noted that stressing the device beyond the "absolute maximum ratings" may cause permanent damage. These are stress ratings only. And so on.
